Getting there & the terminal
Valencia also has more than one berth for the Balearic ferries: Baleària departs from the Estació Marítima at Moll de la Túria (46024 Valencia), while Trasmed departs from Muelle de Poniente. Your ticket shows which one applies.
By car, follow the signs to Moll de Ponent within the port area. Without a car, a taxi from Estació del Nord train station takes 15 to 20 minutes; alternatively, take bus route 19, or metro lines 5 and 7 to Marítim-Serrería and then bus 95.
Check-in & departure
- Baleària: at least 90 minutes with a vehicle, or 60 minutes on foot, before departure. Latecomers aren't taken on board.
- Trasmed: check-in closes 60 minutes before departure for vehicles and 30 minutes for foot passengers. Online check-in opens seven days before departure.
- GNV: two hours with a vehicle, or one hour on foot, before departure. Missing the deadline forfeits any right to a refund, even a partial one.
If more than one operator could apply, plan around the stricter deadline. Have a valid photo ID ready.

Arrival & onward travel
Ferries dock in Palma at the Estación Marítima, right opposite the old town. From the terminal you can walk straight into the city; car hire desks and bus connections are at the port for onward travel around the island.
